Default Heritage Redfish 10 or 12?

Looking at the Redfish 10 or 12. $100.00 difference in price. New to kayak fishing and would like input on pro and cons of each. This kayak will be use primarily on flat water Rivers and Creeks with maybe an occasional trip to the gulf. Y'alls input would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I have had several yaks & have found the longer ones are more comfortable, carry more gear,& track better. If you can take them for a test float That way you will know which one fits your needs the best. Good luck & enjoy

Given where you said you will be using the boat i would go with the 12. I had a 12 for a little over a year and it did great on flat water and slower rivers. Never tried it in the salt but given the stability i am sure it would perform well. I am always surprised at how little love the redfish gets because it is a great boat and for the money i am not sure there is a better boat out there.
