Yakima hull raiser question.

Does anyone use the yakima hull raiser with the cuda and/or coosa? I do not no why it wouldn't work, just thought would see if any one owns one or two and hates/loves them. Thanks for any info, Rich

If so then yes. I've had it since getting 2 Coosas since they both won't lay flat on the Yakima Cross Bars. They are a good option if you don't have enough room for two kayaks like the wide Coosas. I would rather lay the kayak flat though. They work fine and I've had no issues. I mainly trailer now.

I have used them with my coosa but you have to mount them a little further in if you use the front and rear tie downs as the rocker on the boat makes the bow strap want to slide off the front of the car, or at least it does on my subaru. Other than that they are good but i prefer to lay mine flat if at all possible.
