Default Congrats to one of our own...

Shakeyworm89 fished the FLW college bass tournement at Santee yesterday and finished 7th in his first ever tournament. I thought this was pretty impressive especially since he caught a 6-11 largemouth in the process and several pros even pulled a zero on the final day!

Congratulations man! Here is the link

Thanks everybody.. A little late on the posting. Have been busy with exams, graduation, work, all that good stuff. It was a tough tournament to say the least. After two days of the FLW Everstart guys fishing, the college guys had their chance. Take off was scheduled for 6:30, but the fog kept us at the launch until well after 11!! Finally got fishing and caught the one and only after only 10 minutes or so. Missed another and caught a short fish. Had high hopes for the day and really felt like we had a chance to win or at least place in top 5. (Top 5 teams qualify for the regionals, top 5 from their move on to fish the National Championship.) Anyway, disappointed but overall it was the second highest finish for USC ever and the highest for the year. Thanks again.
