Talked to a good buddy of mine and made a few changes to the pattern...extra wide gap hook, slightly shorter tail....
this will be for bass, as well as for saltwater trip to the everglades at the end of this month....

thanx fellas! I have been on a mission to quit chewing tobacco...so every night I retreat to my fly tying desk and distract myself from the need for a dip of snuff by tying flies....its going pretty well so far! At least I'm stocking up for this year!
