    Default Floated Upper New River

    Floated on the New river today with 2 friends. We floated about 7 miles, caught 54 smallies, saw 3 bald eagles, and had a great time. I actually thought we might do better but the water was way low an gin clear. Biggest fish about 2lbs. It was a perfect day to be on the river, not many days left like this on the calendar before the snow starts flying.
