    Default Articulated foam popper

Sorry the photo is not very good had to take it with my phone in the proccess of moving and my camera is still packed up. This is a pattern I saw on flytyingforum.com havent fished it yet but did cast it a couple time to see its action in the water looks like its gonna be a winner. With it being articulated it gives it a walking the dog kinda of movement. You could tie this pattern in all kinda of color combos.

    Hook:#2 stinger
    Tail: Sili legs
    Body: Krystal Chenille in black
Head: Foam in Black and Tan
    Legs: Sili legs
    Eyes: Flat mirage eyes

Bam, I saw that one as well and tied up a few. Mine haven't made it to the water yet. I also tied up some articulated wiggle minnows that I want to try.

Rob, for me, a flyrod is just another tool to catch fish with, like a spinning rod or baitcaster. It excels in certain areas, like presenting small topwaters or terrestrials, and can fail miserably in others, like fishing the bottom in deep, swift current. I just match what I fish with to the conditions as best I can.
