Each forum has a set of state representatives. Their main job is to keep their state forum under control and on task. They will be setting up the rodeo for their state and telling you where to go and when to go there. If you have a Alabama river bassin question, I would try these guys first because there is a good chance they know the answer to it. He has been primarily river bassin now for about 5 years. Throughout that time he is one of the few people that can claim they have caught all 8 species of black bass.
