New personal best fish are always nice, but if I can only repeat the great times on some great rivers with so many good folks that I enjoyed in 2012, it will be success enough for me.

My best smallmouth came from Virginia and my best largemouth came from SC this year. I don't think I caught a smallmouth over 14" or a largemouth over 18" on NC rivers this year. Still, I enjoyed it...

There are no fish in the James River basin. This trip is all social.;)
