finally a spring bass!

After a few tough weeks going toward Riverbassin. Then needing a 12.5 incher to put myself and Bo in 1st Team place-and NOT getting it. Mentally my fishing game was beat up and I needed this fish.
I was on Mt.Island Lake, part of the Catawba and only a few miles upstream from where we fished the tourney. Got her on a Zoom baby brush hog rigged with a Spot Remover shakeyhead. She was of course put right back to resume her spring duties.
