Hey guys, i'm not sure if this has been mentioned. I just wanted to let everyone know so no one gets in trouble. I wasn't even aware of these rules until about an hour ago.

Certain sections of the rivers everyone is allowed to fish are under "Delayed Harvest" regulations. Namely the Chattahoochee River from Sope Creek to the Hwy 41 bridge. Which is a a shoal bass destination.

Here's a link to an info sheet with more in depth details,

http://www.georgiawildlife.com/sites/default/files/uploads/wildlife/fishing/pdfs/trout/DH_infosheet.pdf

But basically if you're going to fish these sections

Only artificial lures may be possessed with SINGLE HOOKS -- this means no treble hook baits
All trout must be released immediately
The use of additional “dropper” lures on one line is permitted as long as each lure contains one single hook -- from what i've heard trailer hooks on spinner/buzzbaits are acceptable but they must be "dressed", if you plan on fishing this section and using those lures i'd suggest calling the DNR first
You must have a trout stamp and GA fishing license to fish these sections.

I'm not trying to preach to anyone or anything, I just dont want anyone to get in any trouble! Good luck to everyone, I'm hoping to seeing everyone at Bass Pro!
