<p>Caught this one on a Brown/White Clouser yesterday. I don't know how much he weighed (no scales on the river), but I think he had to be close to 4 pounds. I measured him against the rod, and checking that later he was 21 inches. Amazing fight in swft water, with many jumps and runs--these fish are tough!<img src="/site/wp-content/forum-user-photos/P1011131.jpg" alt="SC smallie" width="1279" height="1600" /></p>

<p>Thanks! I do have a Lamson reel; their Permit model, which I really like, but the reel in the picture is a Ross Saltwater III.</p>
