<p>That's a Savannah River smallie! A very, very, very nice one! One of the biggest I've seen come out of the Savannah. However, it is a hard to tell exactly how big due to the lack of perspective, but it is big!</p>
<p>You did catch that out of the Savannah, right? There are no shoal bass in the Savannah. Only smallies, redeyes and largies.</p>

<p>that's a savannah river bass alright. However, I didn't catch it =( Another guy did. In the same spot I was fishing the day before with the same lure =( You can bet I fished really hard for two hours after that. I did finally catch a small mouth. But it was about as big as my hand. </p>
