<p>Dying to get out and fish but all the rivers were high and muddy. Too bad.</p>
<p>Wait, I did find some clean water in SC and did a float.</p>

<p>Fished the Edisto and Salkehatchie all weekend. The bass were really slow so we targeted the bream. Caught quite few on the fly. It was a great time despite all the storms.</p>

<p>we had a very tough time too&nbsp;with I think 2 fish caught out of 5 fisherman. About 2 hours in the float, they released from a dam upstream and then we just went for a boat ride after the water rose like 4 ft!</p>
<p>But it was still better than loafing around the house.</p>

<p>Any day on the river is a good day! Me and the wife took yesterday off and spent our 18th anniversary&nbsp;on the Edisto. Although the water level is pretty good, the clarity is not. We&#39;ve had storms every day here lately. We fished hard until it got hot with little luck. We ended up hitting a sand bar with some adult beverages and just enjoyed the peace and quiet.</p>
