The fact that we get to see so many cool river pics and meet so many other enthusiastic river bass fisherman from all over the country. It has been so much fun seeing the water in MS, LA, TX, TN, PA, WV etc. And, the same tactics and skills are used to catch bass in all these rivers even though they are very different. And, even though we are all different it sure feels like we are a close group and I guess that is what the rivers do to us - they bond us because that is what makes us different from other bass fisherman.

Some folks may only check out the general discussion forum and their own state forum but let me tell you what, you're missing out if you're not browsing through them all because there are some good anglers and cool stuff on all the state forums. Kudos to all you guys who make the site what it is. Its a site for river bassers, run by you, the river bassers, so let us know what we can continue to improve to make it more enjoyable.

I agree Drew. Even though I am from Texas, I have enjoyed reading reports from other areas to look at the scenery and see what kind of tactics that they use compared to me. You learn something all of the time.

I would also like to thank the other members for leaving their ego's at the door. That is why I am here, to post about something I love without getting into a pi**ing match with some smart a**.

Thanks for the site and keep up the great work.

Thanks guys. I agree JF and I think we have a great staff or moderators and state reps etc. that can hopefully keep the folks who just want to stir up trouble out of here. We're not afraid to kick someone off if they don't want to comply. I hope we never have to but we will to protect the quality of the forums. This site will continue to grow and it is great to see that but I am not as much about numbers as I am quality. In fact, that is why we are going to keep the forums virtually "ad free." We think it portreys a clean, quality product. We may have one banner up top eventually on the forums but that would be it. Quality is what we are trying to portrey in our site and all our content.

Drew is like that on the river too. He is always looking for the quality fish over the numbers. He even makes fun of me when I stop at what he refers to a "dink hole." I guess I cannot dispute the monsters he puts in the boat.

Great site Drew, keep up the good work!
